We offer Royal Mail 'Recorded Delivery' for items below a value of £36.00
For items over £36.00 you must select Royal Mails 'Special Delivery' which has comensation for loss up to £2500, or our Courier 'Fastway' which has compensation for up to £450.00
NOTE: Goods WILL NOT be dispatched until funds reach our bank account! We do not accept responsibility for delays in transfer of funds by banks! Chosing 'Special Delivery' does NOT guarantee a next day dispatch - only guarantees for any loss/damage in the post!
Please note that Royal Mail‘s 'Special Delivery' and 'Recorded Delivery' have a maximum parcel size limit:
Over this size, we will have to use our Courier - which has a fixed price of £11.00 . If we realsie that the goods you are buying will be to big for Royal Mail, we will contact you and advise. Please note that our Courier has maximum compensation of £450.00
We try and keep our 'In stock/ Showroom only' status as up to date as possible, but at times when the office is un-manned and orders are placed, this status may not be accurate. In the event of you ordering an item which appears to be in stock but is actually out of stock, we will contact you as soon as possible, and inform you of the expected delivery time.
We aim to deliver as soon as possible after receiving your order.
Deliveries to Scottish Highlands and Irish Republic can take approximatley 3-5 days longer than normal.
The goods will become yours when they have been delivered to you - after that, we will not be responsible for any loss or damage to them.
We will have no liability to you for any failure to deliver the goods you have ordered, or for delays, or for damage or defect to goods delivered which are caused by events beyond our control, without limitation, such as Industrilal disputes, floods, fire etc..
Your first purchase must be delivered to the credit card registered adress. After this, we may offer delivery to your work adress, but you must enter your billing adress online. We will require your work letterheaded paper to be emailed to us if you require delivery to your place of work.
We can ship to most areas within the European Union - email us and we will work out the postage costs and options.
When we use a courier, or Royal Mails 'Special Delivery' and 'Recorded Delivery', a signature will be required.
If goods delivered by us are incorrect, damaged or defective, or wrong quantity, we will have no liability to you unless you notify us in writing to our contact adress within 10 days of the delivery of the goods in question.
